About Our Company
As a full service staffing firm, Talent Tree focuses on providing staffing solutions for our clients ranging from direct hires to temporary services. Our services are both need driven and consultative. We work closely with our clients to connect them with candidates of the highest caliber through a screening process consisting of phone screens, face to face interviews, references checks and assessments. At Talent Tree we understand that successful placements depend not only on skill set, but also on personality fit.
Talent Tree specializes in professional and clerical positions. At any given time we are recruiting in the following fields: accounting, executive and administrative support, finance, human resources, information technology, legal, management, marketing, property and project management and sales.
At any given time we have 40 to 50 temporary staff on assignment at 20 or 25 companies. Positions typically range from legal secretaries and administrative assistants, to accountants, to customer service and data entry specialists, to receptionists and file clerks. Assignments range from one day to indefinite time frames.
Our strategy is to keep a balance between our temporary and direct hire activities. This balance creates a career benefit for our recruits and provides full service capabilities which is valuable to our clients.
