The Team
The Talent Tree franchise in Portland is owned by Dan Link. Dan is a long time member of the Portland business community. Dan spent 18 years as the owner of the local ServiceMaster franchise before moving on as the owner of Talent Tree in Maine. Dan is a two term past president of the Portland Kiwanis Club. He has served on the board of Maine Handicapped Skiing and in that capacity served as the chairman of the annual Skiathon, the largest one day fundraiser in Maine.
Also in the office is Valerie Lacasse who acts as the office Staffing Manager. Valerie has been involved in the community for many years and recently came to Talent Tree from her position at the Corporate Library where she a Senior Board Analyst monitoring the accuracy of the boards of over 3000 publicly-traded companies. Valerie is a great asset to our company.
Our franchisor, Talent Tree Crystal, Inc. is based in Houston, Texas and supports 50 owned and franchised offices nationwide. As a franchise associated with a large company, we work with sophisticated management information systems, payroll and billing services and other tools that enable us to be more efficient for our clients. However, despite our corporate agreement we maintain our local autonomy and have the ability to react to the local environment and our clients’ needs quickly.
